Community Guidelines
Share useful, honest finds
Post genuine products and shop offers. Make item names, prices, dates and locations accurate to the best of your knowledge. Offers and stock change, so do not claim a deal is current if you cannot reasonably verify it.
Respect people’s privacy
Do not upload identifiable children, faces or personal information without permission and a lawful reason. Keep receipts, identity documents, payment details, private addresses, vehicle plates and confidential information out of photos. Crop or blur details that are not needed to show the find.
Be respectful and lawful
No threats, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, unlawful content, scams, impersonation or deliberate misinformation.
Keep listings safe
Do not promote counterfeit or illegal goods, dangerous wrongdoing, weapons, tobacco, vaping, alcohol, gambling, adult services or other age-restricted products. The Plug is for people aged 18 and older.
Respect rights and shop rules
Upload only photos and material you own or have permission to use. Respect shop photography rules, staff instructions, private property and trademarks. Do not imply that a shop endorses or sponsors a post unless that is true.
No spam or manipulation
Do not flood the app, manipulate follows or engagement, scrape personal information, introduce malicious software or interfere with The Plug’s security or operation.
Report concerns
Use the in-app report control to flag a community find that may break these guidelines. The app does not currently provide account reporting or a user-blocking control. For concerns about an account or if you cannot use the in-app report control, email akajurgiii@gmail.com with the relevant username or find details and a brief explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. The operator aims to review reports within 24 hours, but this is a target and not a guarantee of removal or resolution. The moderation and appeals process must be staffed and operational before public launch.
Enforcement
The Plug may remove or limit content, issue warnings, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users, enforce these guidelines or comply with law. Where lawful and practical, users may ask for a review through the operator’s published support contact.
