Delete your The Plug account

Delete from the app

Open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. On successful completion, the account and associated profile, finds, find reports, follows and uploaded photos are removed from the app’s active service systems.

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

Email akajurgiii@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. Include your The Plug username. Do not send your password. The operator will verify the request using the registered email address before processing it. If you no longer control that address, contact support to discuss a proportionate alternative verification method.

Request acknowledgement and completion timeframes must be confirmed and published before public release.

Retention

The app currently has no automatic expiry schedule for accounts or public finds; they remain until an account or find is deleted. Moderation audit entries can remain after account deletion and currently have no automatic expiry. Their purpose, access limits and retention period must be established before launch. Supabase database backup retention depends on the project plan and any backup add-ons; the actual project settings are not confirmed. Supabase database backups do not include Storage objects. Confirm all provider retention and backup settings and publish the actual periods in the final Privacy Policy before public launch.
